Heal Your Brain and Body: Think and Speak the Positive

30 pp.          $15

A lot of books state, “Think Positive!” but they do not say HOW. This booklet provides tips for HOW to think and speak positively.  Thinking and speaking the positive is a critical key to your brain health.  It is a necessary skill to heal others and ourselves.  Because we live in a negative news reporting culture, we need to use every tool that is available to be positive.

In Heal Your Brain and Body, you will learn about the three major Healing Gems, how to turn negative thoughts and emotions into positive ones, psychological and health benefits of positive thinking, and the Ten Forms of Positivity.  Also included are real examples of how positive thinking is used every day, references for additional resources on positive thinking, and checklists for your own practice.

Build Your Brain Healing System

15 pp.          $15

Have you ever noticed how exhausted you are after being in a hospital or at the doctor’s office?  While helpful and necessary, medical facilities and offices are often emotionally and physically draining, and our experiences there seem to halt the healing process. Often we must access the help offered in such Illness Systems.

In Build Your Brain Healing System, you will learn the difference between the Brain Healing System and the Illness System.  Importantly, you will implement your own Brain Healing System to promote healing in your own life and in the lives of others as you navigate the Illness System.  Tools and resources provided in this booklet will help you to create your own Brain Healing timeline and encourage practice in your daily life.

How to Have Brain Healing Sleep

15 pp.          $15

Your brain already has the capability to heal itself for seven to eight (7-8) hours every day. This brain healing is called “sleep”.  A good night’s sleep is your own best natural brain healing activity and promotes both physical and psychological health.

In How to Have Brain Healing Sleep, you will learn ways to rest before you sleep, re-train your sleep switch, and decrease sleep interruptions.  You may also use the provided checklists to begin practicing strategies to reduce daily stress and improve your daily routine to achieve better sleep at night.  You CAN sleep better!

Brain Healing Movement: Get Moving to Heal Your Brain and Body

24 pp.          $15

Physical movements influence our ability to heal.  Practices like Tai Chi, ga and even walking energize the basal ganglia of our inner brain, which begins the healing process.  The body has many built in ways to remove your toxins and waste products that accumulate as you go through the day.  The brain, however, has only one way to remove toxins.  You must move your body to eliminate the leftover waste and debris build-up that blocks healing.

In Brain Healing Movement, you will learn about the path to discovery of how bodily movement can reduce stress, improve brain functioning and memory.  Transform negative energy in your body into positive body healing energy.  The real examples and checklists provided can help you to Get Moving and Be Healthy Now!

Brain Healing Writing: Writing Personal Experiences Heals Physical and Emotional Problems, 24 pp.     $15

Brains are hurt through illness, strokes, accidents, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.   One way to undo the harmful consequences of brain damage is through personal journal writing.  No matter the healing or brain improvement that our clients want, we prescribe that they write down their experiences in a private journal or notebook. We call this “Brain Healing Writing”.

It is good for the inner workings of our brain to reflect on and write down our experiences.  Brain healing writing helps heal and prevent other physical and emotional problems, and may also help you achieve greater occupational success.

In Brain Healing Writing, you will learn about research behind Brain Healing Writing, and the importance of combining facts, feelings, and positivity into your writing.  Helpful checklists and practice exercises are provided to assist you in honing your Brain Healing Writing skills!
